Unseen is an original song featuring Yuzuki Yukari Lin. The song is part of the Dead by Daylight song series and has been aired for Yukari's voice provider's birthday on January 24, 2018. The song had been finished the day before.

Background

Unseen is about the character Sally Smithson, also called the Nurse, from the survival horror Dead by Daylight. The Nurse was a British woman working in an asylum, until someday, she loses her sanity and gets the idea to "purify" everyone by strangling them. Once insane, Sally Smithson still keeps memories of her favorite patients, and grabs some of their items which will soon become add-ons for her future power given by the Entity. One morning of September, the police discovers the asylum, totally silent, and with only Sally Smithson remaining. She is then taken by an ambulance which is found later in a river, with no traces of who will become the Nurse.

As a killer, the Nurse has a teleportation power, called "Blink", which permits her to move extremely fast, thus compensating her normal speed against survivors. After teleportation ends, she gets stunned by fatigue. The Nurse seems to have a disease known under the name of stridor, causing her breath to be very loud and painful.

The song is about Sally Smithson before her disappearance from Earth, and about her thoughts of purification caused by her madness.
