Symphony of the Dark Matron is an original song featuring Lily released on August 25, 2019. It is featured in the album Calling Out the Sirens.
Background
The real background of the song wasn't revealed yet when the song got released. It was only later, along with the release of the album Alien Eyes that it is revealed all the tracks for "Calling Out the Sirens" would be about Azur Lane characters, with "Symphony of the Dark Matron" representing Friedrich der Grosse, one of the most important battleships from Ironblood.
The music is described as "dark, disturbing, but also grandiose, imposing but delicate". In the game, Friedrich is a very doting "mom", treating the commander like her own child. However, her true intentions are unknown and since she is in the side of Ironblood, she represents a side of despair, hatred and fear. The song thus represents her as a worshiped powerful mother of darkness, and is organized as a "glory song" for her.

The album version extended its intro, added a flute and a pizzicato pattern to the song as well.
