Lethargic Chimeras is the 44th album of Nynthixia-P. It was aired on October 31, 2018 after being initially scheduled for October 27 then pushed back due to "fatigue and organization issues". It features Namine Ritsu who had a deadlined song for October, Yuzuki Yukari and Lily.
Its major tracks are Lethargic, Repent Myself, Kana and Jasmine.
It was reuploaded along with its patch on May 3, 2020 on Google Drive.

Trivia
- This is the first album for which the release date had to be postponed.
- The second one is Alien Eyes, which had been pushed back to an even more distant deadline.
- This is the first album to feature the VCV Kire of Ritsu. Before this album, he was always rendered with the CV voicebank.
- Lethargic Chimeras is one of the four albums that received quality patches for some of their tracks. The three others are Truth Garden for the track Hidden, Maidens of the Horrors for the track Maeva, and Babylon for BELICIA. All of these tracks had a loop bug due to a VEGAS treatment.
