Bleeding Laments is an original song featuring Kizuna Akari released on August 30, 2018. It is featured in the album Laments.
Background
Bleeding Laments is inspired from the second season of the YouTube video series "Yandere Opera" by the Japanese circle CHARON.
In this season, the protagonist dates a young girl, who becomes obsessed with him and finally tries to murder her rival, who is actually the protagonist's sister. She manages to escape the yandere, who commits suicide due to the protagonist's anger against her.
In the song, the protagonist became a woman and the lyrics are from the yandere's point of view. Nynthixia-P also indicated she had censored something in the lyrics compared to the original story, actually she was talking about some sex scenes in the original series.
Album version
A reserved special effect was added at the intro, thus extending the song, a filtered special effect and a kick roll were added before the last chorus, and the capella gained some more remastering.
