Annihilation is the 42nd album of Nynthixia-P. It was aired on August 25, 2018 for the eighth birthday of Lily. Featuring her at the end of the album, it also features Yuzuki Yukari, CUL and Gahata Meiji.
Its major tracks are MANCENILLIUM, SINCUBUS, CHIASMATIC and Annihilation. CHIASMATIC, Annihilation and BETANY are songs that can only be found in this album. They have been composed at the beginning of August 2018.

- Thus this is the second album which has its own cross-fade.
- The album was aired for Lily's birthday. Lily was first aired as a VOCALOID on August 25, 2010.
- This is the third album to get the explicit rating, caused by the content of the song SINCUBUS.
- Faith and Judith are actually sister songs.
- The booklet contains mistakes for the organization of the lyrics for CHIASMATIC.
