Altered Reality is an original song featuring Gahata Meiji released on February 1, 2018. It is featured in the album Unseen.

Background

The song is about the game Fran Bow, where the heroine, waking up in an asylum, has to find back her cat Mr. Midnight. She gets prescribed a form of what seems to be Duotine (even though it is revealed later this is actually another molecule), which actually makes her see an alternate reality with which she can interact in order to advance in the real life.
