Absolute Illness is an original song featuring Anna Nyui and Namine Ritsu, released on July 20, 2015. It is featured in the album CYANIDIUM.

Background

The song is about two women who loved each other, until one of them (the one played by Nyui) decided to go elsewhere, less and less interested by the other (the one played by Ritsu). The latter decides to kill the one going away and her love interest. Aware of the betrayal and wanting to protect her new boyfriend, the girl played by Nyui decides to kill the one threatening to murder her. Both plans fail and the two are waking up in an asylum. Both of them do not understand why they are here, neither if their plans really succeeded, and are expecting to kill each other.
